All horse activities begin by grooming and saddling your horse. Instruction is given by certified instructors. Skill determines trail experience. Weight limit 200 lbs. We reserve the right to determine suitability of rider and trail conditions. Wear long pants & closed shoes (sneakers will be fine). Riding helmets are required for all riding activities provided at no cost.
Hoof Prints offers a unique feature of direct access to extensive trail riding on adjacent Chesapeake Forest Lands which is part of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Trails meander through meadows and forested uplands and wetlands. Hoof Prints has a low impact philosophy, trails and lands are used for recreation, education and conservation. Please note: All rides are structured as lessons with a trainer to guide and instruct you along the way.

Hoof Prints offers lessons for riders as young as 4 and up. Package of 6 lessons $300. Our special themed trails are a kids favorite. Please call or email to discuss needs and special accommodations.
